The terms governing your use of MindMesh Academy products and services.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. Use License
MindMesh Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our learning materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
2. Study Materials Disclaimer
Our study guides, quizzes, and flashcards are designed to build conceptual mastery—not to replicate actual certification exams. We do not provide real exam questions ("dumps").
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or resell our content without permission
- Scrape, mine, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Use our platform to violate any law or regulation
5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content on MindMesh Academy is protected by copyright. MindMesh Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by AXELOS, AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft, PMI, ServiceNow, Workday, or any other certification body. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notices
MindMesh Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a Takedown Notice. To submit a valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notification must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL where it appears);
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
Repeat Infringer Policy. MindMesh Academy reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
